Our founder, who worked as a nurse in a Metro Adult disability home in the early 2000s, has firsthand experience and insight into the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. Witnessing the impact of these challenges inspired our founder to create 12 Stones Healthcare, with the goal of making a difference in the lives of those living with disabilities. With the introduction of the NDIS in 2016, our founder saw an opportunity to provide tailored support services that empower individuals to navigate the NDIS effectively and access the necessary supports to lead fulfilling lives.
